Beginner's Course
This course is designed not only for those who have never taken a yoga class before, but also for anyone wanting to deepen their practice. The curriculum offered in this series will arm you with knowledge that is not always communicated in a regular class. This course is a wonderful foundation to learning a lot of yoga in a short amount of time. Please come join me, Tanya Edwards as I teach this simple yet valuable class. A class, that will continue in the years to come, to impart wisdom in your ongoing practice.

Hot Yoga

Back by popular demand Hot Yoga! We will be in a hot room (roughly 95 degrees) sweating to a challanging routine in which we hold our poses for etended periods of time and do each one twice. Plan to sweat, allowing your body to detox and clense from the inside out. This class is offered two different times durring the week, they each last 1 1/2 hrs.

Morning Hot Yoga:
Tuesday @ 8:30 am May 6th, 13th, & 20th
Cost; $15 drop in, $30 for all 3

Evening hot Yoga:
Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm & Fridays @ 5:30 pm
May 5th, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, &21st
Cost; $15 drop in, $35 for any 3, & $55 for all 6
