Back by popular demand Hot Yoga! We will be in a hot room (roughly 95 degrees) sweating to a challanging routine in which we hold our poses for etended periods of time and do each one twice. Plan to sweat, allowing your body to detox and clense from the inside out. This class is offered two different times durring the week, they each last 1 1/2 hrs.

Cost; $15 drop in, $30 for all 3
Evening hot Yoga:
Wednesdays @ 6:30 pm & Fridays @ 5:30 pm
May 5th, 7th, 12th, 14th, 19th, &21st
Cost; $15 drop in, $35 for any 3, & $55 for all 6
